Book a Relocation Tour
Method of Payment for Relocation Tours:
Reservation Deposit and Payments: A deposit and completed Tour Reservation Form is required for all tours. Deposits and full payments may be paid by PayPal or credit card. A written confirmation of your reservation will be sent once the deposit and signed form are received. Payment in full is due 30 days before the tour departure date.
Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made, in writing, within 60 days of the first tour day. There are no refunds or credits for cancellations made after the 60 days. To cancel your reservation, contact us.
If your tour is less than 30 days away, and you become ill, have a family emergency, or travel restrictions are put in place that prevents you from entering Costa Rica, you will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that will reimburse you for non-refundable travel expenses in these scenarios.
To protect your non-refundable travel expenses, we also strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
One tour date change is allowed if you request a date change at least 30 days before your tour date. We will apply your existing deposit to your new tour date when making a date change.
No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your tour or if you interrupt or cancel your tour for any reason once it has begun.
* A refund will be issued by PayPal only and subject to an additional 5% administration fee.
Not Included: International airfare, alcoholic beverages, hotel room upgrades, hotel extras (laundry, telephone calls, room service), and a couple of dinners. Regarding the latter, please explore the restaurants in San José on your own to understand the variety of different cuisines available here. Your guide will give you a list of restaurants you may want to try.
